Surf’s up: Oceanfront Laguna Beach mansion hits market for $112M
A month after a seaside estate in Laguna Beach set an all-time price record for Orange County, another oceanfront property is looking to outdo it. A 14,400-square-foot mansion at 100 Rockledge Road is on the market for $112 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. David Wilson, owner and CEO of Wilson Automotive Group, and his wife Holly are the sellers. The couple bought the house from software pioneer Bruce Bastian in 2001 for about $16 million.
