Terra Capital plots more multifamily on Westside
Terra Capital is working to build another multifamily property on Los Angeles’ Westside. The firm filed an application last week with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning seeking entitlements for a residential project at 1233 South Bedford Street in Pico-Robertson, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. Terra’s plans call for demolishing an existing fourplex at the site to make way for an eight-story building containing 44 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments above parking for 24 vehicles.
