The Peak in Beverly Hills takes haircut on price, sells for $32M
A residential lot minutes from the Beverly Hills Hotel landed $31.8 million — less than half of what the property sought a few years ago. Nicknamed The Peak, 1005 North Alpine Drive in Beverly Hills hit the market in 2022 for $65 million. It was most recently listed at $39.5 million. Despite falling short of that initial asking price, it’s still one of the city’s pricier 2026 deals.
