Top permits: 279K sf affordable housing complex coming to West Hills
🏆 The largest new construction project to receive permits last week was in West Hills, where plans were filed to build a 278,650-square-foot apartment building at 7556 North Woodlake Avenue. An entity called 7556 Woodlake, LP is behind the project which is sponsored by Elysian Housing and Capstone Equities. The six-story project which will feature 160 affordable housing units is expected to cost $46.5 million to build.
