A Brentwood mansion showcased in a Super Bowl commercial this year featuring Kendall Jenner sold for nearly $10 million below its original asking price. The home at 1204 Chickory Lane traded for $29 million, Realtor.com reported. The sale price represents a nearly 24 percent discount from the home’s original August 2025 asking price of $38 million and came after the seller cut the ask to just shy of $35 million shortly before the Super Bowl ad for Fanatics Sportsbook aired.
