Vacant Pasadena lot poised for development of 12 townhomes
More infill housing is slated to rise in Pasadena after a recent review by city officials. The Pasadena Design Commission gave a nod to a proposal from Trojan Land LLC to develop a vacant lot at 36 South Berkeley Avenue with a four-story building consisting of 12 townhome-style residences, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The property would also have parking for seven vehicles on the ground floor. Site owner Trojan Land LLC is linked in state business records to a Notary and Ship Store in Glendale.
