Venture capitalist pays $19M for Charlie Puth’s family home in Montecito
The Montecito home where singer-songwriter Charlie Puth and Brooke Sansone wed traded hands for $18.5 million, The Real Deal has learned. The off-market sale of Puth’s family home at 1421 Wyant Road penciled out to $3,125 per square foot for the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom estate. The closing occurred in July but was not recorded in the Multiple Listing Service until Friday, according to property records and listing sites.
