WeHo apartment, retail project planned for key La Brea corridor
A developer is floating a proposal for a seven-story apartment building with ground-floor retail in the City of West Hollywood. La Brea Tree LLC has filed plans for La Brea Collection, a multifamily and retail development at 1134-1138 North La Brea Avenue that would rise seven stories and deliver 49 apartments above 1,100 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, Los Angeles YIMBY reported.
