Westside Estate Agency’s Kurt Rappaport lands $26M for Brentwood spec mansion
Kurt Rappaport reeled in $26 million for his Brentwood new build after nearly three years on the market. The Westside Estate Agency co-founder’s speculative development at 12846 Highwood Street in Los Angeles’ Brentwood Park neighborhood sold on Tuesday for $1,988 per square foot. The home was last listed for $34.5 million, or $2,638 per square foot. It originally hit the market in 2023 for $39.9 million, or $3,049 per square foot. Compass’ Josh Flagg brought the buyer.
