Windsor Healthcare founder lands buyer in $30M Beverly Hills Flats trade
A health care entrepreneur’s mansion sold on Wednesday for $30.3 million, marking one of the priciest deals so far this year in Beverly Hills, The Real Deal has learned. Lee Samson, who founded and previously served as CEO of Windsor Healthcare, sold the Beverly Hills Flats home at 804 North Elm Drive to a mystery buyer in a transaction that penciled out to $1,554 per square foot. Windsor Healthcare operates skilled nursing, assisted living and rehabilitation facilities in California and Arizona.
