Yorba Linda inches closer to certified housing plan amid builder’s remedy threat
Yorba Linda is moving to shore up its state-certified housing plan before California does it for them. The Yorba Linda City Council approved the final four programs needed to complete its 2021-29 housing element, aiming to avoid the legal and financial consequences that have increasingly confronted cities falling behind on state housing mandates, Voice of O.C. reported.
