Beverly Hills Flats manse leads pack in $177M week for LA signed contracts
Los Angeles County signed contract activity last week trended up from a year ago, led by a Beverly Hills Flats listing. The residence was one of 25 homes that went into contract last week amounting to $176.8 million in asking volume, according to a weekly report compiled by Marcy Roth of Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team. That’s three more in-contract properties and an increase of about 19 percent in asking volume from the comparable seven-day period a year ago.
