Movers: Coldwell Banker franchisee Rodriguez expands after Inland Empire buy
Coldwell Banker Icon owner Jessie Rodriguez made good on an acquisition he hinted at earlier in the year, a move that helped balloon his brokerage overnight. Rodriguez, who moved his business to Coldwell Banker Real Estate as a franchisee in January, acquired Coldwell Banker Blackstone Realty. Rodriguez indicated there was a deal in the works in an interview with The Real Deal earlier this year, although declined to provide specifics at the time.
