A Malibu mansion asking $21.5 million was the priciest home in Los Angeles County to find a buyer last week. The beachfront mansion at 30810 Broad Beach Road topped all other luxury homes to go into contract last week — based on a report compiled by Marcy Roth of Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team.
