“The Bachelorette” ranch looking for love with $78M listing
A well-positioned buyer has the chance to give their rose to a sprawling estate in the Los Angeles area. Hummingbird Nest Ranch, a roughly 124-acre property in Simi Valley, is on the market for $78 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. The ranch has been used as a filming location for reality TV shows like “The Bachelorette” and “The Biggest Loser.” Vietnamese-born billionaire Kieu Hoang is the seller of the property. Hoang acquired the estate in 2015 from fellow billionaire David Saperstein, founder of Metro Networks, for $33 million, according to property records cited by the Journal.
