Beverly Hills continues builder’s remedy streak as Planning Commission approves another high-rise project
Beverly Hills officials are giving a thumbs-up to another builder’s remedy project. The Beverly Hills Planning Commission has approved a proposal from Soundview Investment Partners President Max Netty for a 15-story building with 27 condominium units at 140 South Camden Drive, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. Netty, acting through the entity Wilshire Camden LLC, submitted an initial application for the project in 2024 when the City of Beverly Hills did not have a certified housing element.
