Lincoln Property Company sells OC office tower at a loss
Lincoln Property Company sold an Orange County office tower for about $63 million, much less than its pre-pandemic $92.5 million purchase price, records reveal. The late-June deed was signed by Lincoln’s Parke Miller, who runs the company’s Orange County real estate. The buyer is an entity connected to Danny Sooferian and Ramin Saghian, who appear to be Los Angeles real estate investors. Neither Lincoln nor Fred Mashian — an attorney named in the buying entity’s business records — immediately responded to a request for comment.
