“Truth Hurts”: Lizzo sells Oak Pass Road home for $5M below initial asking

Grammy winner Lizzo didn’t base “About Damn Time” on the sale of her Beverly Hills Post Office home, but the track title is certainly apt. After over a year on the market, the deal for 9551 Oak Pass Road officially closed on Monday for $11.2 million, or $2,049 per square foot, according to Multiple Listing Service records. Lizzo (née Melissa Viviane Jefferson) first shopped the home, located in the Oak Pass Road gated community, in late 2024 for just under $16 million.
