Bruce Willis’ former Benedict Canyon Drive home trades for $41M
A Benedict Canyon home once owned by Bruce Willis sold for $41.3 million in one of Los Angeles County’s priciest deals this year, The Real Deal has learned. The trade on the nearly 100-year-old home comes out to about $2,806 per square foot. It’s a big sale for Guess CEO Carlos Alberini and his wife Andrea Alberini, who are listed as the sellers per PropertyShark records. The Alberinis purchased the home from a trust tied to Bruce Willis in 2014 for $16.5 million, according to property records and listing sites.
