Café Gratitude, Gracias Madre owners score $17M in Beverly Hills Flats sale
The owners of vegan hotspots Café Gratitude and Gracias Madre struck gold on the $17 million sale of their Beverly Hills Flats home. Chris and Lisa Bonbright on Wednesday wrapped up the sale of their more than 7,000-square-foot home at 712 North Arden Drive to American Hartford Gold Executive Chair Scott Gerlis and his wife Michelle Gerlis, according to the Beverly Hills Estates.
