Laguna Beach cabin with 430 square feet seeks $18.8M

The phrase “your little piece of paradise” really applies to a cabin in Laguna Beach with an $18.8 million price tag. The upscale tiny home at 1041 Marina Drive has only 432 square feet,  KTLA reported. Its Zillow listing shows one bath but zero bedrooms.  The price works out to $43,519 per square foot. By comparison, in 2022 a spec home at 66 Emerald Bay in Laguna Beach sold for $43.5 million, setting a per-square-foot record in the market at merely $8,733.
