Meghan Trainor takes hit in $7M close of Encino home
It took nearly two years and a couple million shaved off the asking price, but singer Meghan Trainor sold her Encino mansion on Wednesday. Aire Advisors co-CEO and founder Amir Monsefi and his wife Melissa Monsefi paid $6.8 million for the “All About That Bass” singer’s home at 4322 Hayvenhurst Avenue, according to The Agency. That’s a steal considering Trainor initially sought nearly $12 million, or $847 per square foot, when she listed the property in June 2024.
