It’s a new brokerage and a new market for Steve Katz. After quietly exiting Beverly Hills-based Hilton & Hyland as managing director earlier this year, Katz has turned up at Syd Leibovitch’s Rodeo Realty to serve as branch manager of the company’s Encino office.
